Manager of Contract Administration, Power Division/ Vice President Legal Counsel Howard P. Foley Companies (1/81 – 5/87) Alexandria, VA – Provided contract and legal advice to international electrical contractor in the area of contracts, corporate reorganization, disputes, and labor.
